Found Red Star after leaving Chicago. Easy to find off I57. The food and service was amazing. Had the loaded fries as appetizer which was absolutely delicious. Then the bourbon glazed lamb chops which melted in my mouth. If you are traveling on I57 and going to pass Matteson, stop on in. They also have a spectacular breakfast menu. Had I not been too full I would had tried the strawberry waffle served in a martini glass.
